Shipping and Delivery

• If you place an order before midnight, it will be delivered the next day.
• Our goal is to send your order by noon on the following business day. An emergency or severe weather could cause the goods to be delayed.
• Customers can choose between STANDARD and EXPRESS delivery. Additional fees will be notified at the checkout based on the service chosen.
• The customer is responsible for making arrangements for someone to be present to receive shipments.
• All responsibility for any things lost or damaged in transportation is disclaimed by the company.
• We will only deliver to the shipping address specified when the order was first placed, If you want to change the address you need to contact us on our whatsapp number. Shipping fees are not refundable. Your sum will be reduced by the amount of the delivery fees.
• The courier will deliver your package once you show your Emirates ID or passport and pay the total invoice amount.
• You must be over 18 years old in order to place an order. If you place an order when you are underage, you will certainly lose your money.

 

Heets IQOS Delivery Charges:

• A usual delivery price of AED 30 will be charged if the order is less than AED 300.
• There are no delivery fees and the shipment is free if the total order value is AED 300 or higher.
• If an order is placed before 4pm, it will be delivered the same day; otherwise, it will be delivered the following day. Additionally, you can pay AED 50 for express delivery (Same day delivery) to any UAE address.
• Shipping costs only apply to the cost of Standard shipping, unless otherwise specified.
