How to use IQOS ILUMA Prime

Insert a TEREA stick and ILUMA Prime does the rest. SMARTCORE induction heats it from the inside, with no blade to clean.

Insert the stick
Push a TEREA stick into the ILUMA holder, tobacco end first and mouthpiece up, until it stops at the line.

Start heating
ILUMA i starts automatically. On ILUMA, ILUMA One and Prime, press and hold the button.

Wait for the vibration
The device vibrates when the stick has pre-heated and is ready to use.

Enjoy your session
Up to 14 puffs or 6 minutes. It vibrates again near the end.

Remove and dispose
Pull the stick out and throw it away. There is no blade, so no residue and no cleaning.

IQOS ILUMA Prime Jade Green works with TEREA sticks only, including the Japan, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, UAE and Armenia versions. It does not work with HEETS, which are made for IQOS 3 DUO and IQOS Originals.

How many uses do I get per charge?

IQOS ILUMA Prime gives 2 back-to-back sessions per holder charge. The fully charged pocket charger holds 20 uses before it needs recharging.

How long does it take to charge?

A full charge takes about 2 h 15 min.

How long does one session last?

Each session lasts up to 6 minutes or 14 puffs, whichever comes first, including about 20 seconds of pre-heating.

Do I need to clean IQOS ILUMA Prime?

No. The SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM heats TEREA from inside the stick, so there is no heating blade and no tobacco residue left in the device.

What is the difference between ILUMA Prime and ILUMA?
