Lambda i9 works with TEREA

Every TEREA stick has a small metal heating element inside. Lambda heats it by induction, so TEREA works, but HEETS do not.

How to use Lambda i9

Insert a TEREA stick, set your heat and time, and Lambda i9 does the rest with induction heating.

Insert the stick
Push a TEREA stick into the Lambda, tobacco end first and mouthpiece up, until it stops.

Set and start
Use the button to start heating. You can set the temperature (200-300°C) and session time (3-6 minutes) on the display.

Wait for pre-heating
Wait a few seconds while the stick heats up. The display shows when it is ready to use.

Enjoy your session
Your session lasts for the time you set, from 3 to 6 minutes.

Remove and dispose
Pull the stick out and throw it away. Induction heating leaves no residue, so no cleaning is needed.

Which sticks work with Lambda i9 Gold?

Lambda i9 Gold works with TEREA sticks and other induction sticks such as SENTIA. It does not work with HEETS, which are made for IQOS 3 DUO and IQOS Originals.

How many sticks do I get per charge?

The 3200 mAh battery gives about 35-40 sticks per full charge.

How long does it take to charge?

A full charge takes about 2.5 hours with a 5V / 2A charger.

Can I adjust the temperature and session time?

Yes. You can set the heating temperature from 200 to 300°C and the session time from 3 to 6 minutes on the display.

Do I need to clean Lambda i9?

No. Lambda uses induction heating, which heats the metal element inside the TEREA stick, so there is no blade and no tobacco residue.

What is the difference between Lambda i8, i9 and i10?

All three have the same 3200 mAh battery, 35-40 sticks per charge, 200-300°C adjustable heat and 3-6 minute sessions. Lambda i8 and i9 have an aluminium alloy body and weigh 83 g; i9 is the updated 2025 version. Lambda i10 has a leather wrap and weighs 80 g.
