This is the most common mix-up we deal with. It comes down entirely to which device you own.

How to Check Your TEREA Is Genuine

Counterfeit heated tobacco is a real problem in the UAE resale market. Here is how to verify what arrives at your door — with our stock or anyone else's:

• Factory seal — the outer cellophane should be tight and machine-applied, with a clean tear strip. Loose or hand-wrapped film is a red flag.
• Batch code and manufacturing date — printed clearly on the side or base of the carton and on each pack. Missing, smudged or inkjet-sprayed codes mean repackaged stock.
• Pack construction — genuine packs have crisp printing, correct colour saturation and a magnetic-feel flip lid. Fakes are usually noticeably duller.
• Stick appearance — TEREA has a distinct metal susceptor visible at the tobacco end. If there is no metal element, it is not TEREA.
• Price sanity — anything far below AED 120 per carton is almost certainly not genuine.

How fast can I get TEREA delivered in Dubai?

Within 1 hour anywhere in Dubai, seven days a week. Central areas like Marina, Downtown, Deira and Business Bay are usually faster than that. Outer areas such as Dubai South or Jebel Ali can take 2 to 3 hours. Orders placed before 11 PM are delivered the same night.

Is IQOS TEREA legal in Dubai and the UAE?

Yes. Heated tobacco products including IQOS and TEREA are legally sold in the UAE to adults aged 18 and over, and are subject to standard tobacco excise duty. Use is not permitted in indoor public places where smoking is banned, and the same rules that apply to cigarettes apply here.

What is the price of TEREA in Dubai?

Between AED 125 and AED 245 per carton, depending on the market edition. Indonesian editions start at AED 125, Kazakhstan around AED 135, and Japanese editions sit at the top of the range at around AED 245. A carton contains 10 packs, or 200 sticks. Delivery is free over AED 200.

What is the difference between TEREA Japan, Kazakhstan and Indonesia?

Same brand, different production markets. Japan editions have the widest flavor lineup and the most refined blends, and cost the most. Kazakhstan is the mid-range option with slightly bolder tobacco and is our best seller in Dubai. Indonesia is the most affordable and generally the lightest. The packaging and Arabic or local labelling also differs.

Yes. TEREA sticks work with Lambda i8 and Lambda i9, which use the same induction heating principle as IQOS ILUMA. We stock both the devices and the sticks, so we can confirm compatibility before you order. TEREA will not work with older blade-based devices of any brand.

Do TEREA sticks expire, and how do I check the date?

TEREA does not carry a hard expiry date, but sticks are at their best within roughly 12 months of manufacture. The manufacturing date is printed on the side or base of the carton and on each individual pack. Older sticks lose aroma and taste flat. We rotate our stock so you receive recent batches.

What payment options do you accept?

Cash on delivery, credit or debit card machine on delivery, and online payment at checkout. Our riders carry a card machine, so you can decide when they arrive.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Order a single pack or twenty cartons — either way we deliver within 1 hour and there is no surcharge for small orders. Orders above AED 200 ship free; below that a flat AED 30 delivery fee applies.

Can I order TEREA in bulk?

Yes. We supply offices, retailers, events and regular high-volume customers. Message us on WhatsApp with the flavors and quantity and we will send a bulk quote, usually within a few minutes.

Are the TEREA sticks from Matsu.ae original?

Yes. We source through authorised distribution channels and every pack ships factory-sealed with a readable batch code and manufacturing date. Nothing is opened or repackaged before dispatch. If a pack ever fails the authenticity checks listed above, we replace it same-day.

Can I return or exchange TEREA sticks?

Sealed, unopened packs can be exchanged within 7 days if the flavor is not what you expected. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced immediately at our cost. Opened tobacco packs cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.

How many puffs does one TEREA stick give?

About 14 puffs, or 6 minutes of use, whichever comes first. Your ILUMA or Lambda device vibrates shortly before the session ends.
